uShaka Kayak Lessons are a low-intensity activity, offering an exciting and educational experience just north of the Durban harbour in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

Launch in front of uShaka Marine World and paddle leisurely to the magnificent Vetjies Reef, where on a clear day, you can see the reef and its entire splendor. Cruise over the shark nets and amble towards Limestone Reef where an abundance of life has grown over an old 1940 shipwreck. Guided by trained kayaking instructors, this is a not to be missed experience that is available to the young and old, fit and lazy!

Sea kayaks are available for hire on uShaka Beach, in front of Durban, South Africa’s popular uShaka Marine World. Whether for individual pleasure or corporate teambuilding, kayaking allows you a chance to feel the ocean spray on your face and the wind in your hair.
